  1. Planned Programmes (PPMs) - Use Flow360 to build up a programme of planned tasks linked to any resource, from an entire building to a single component. Specify the repeat interval for cyclical tasks and set up one-time repairs and replacements.

    

Link planned tasks to projects where required and assign to cost centres and account codes.

  2. Inspections - A range of built-in inspection forms cover critical aspects of responsible site management including fire, water and electrical safety and asbestos management. Users can also define their own bespoke inspection forms to cover areas such as lift or workshop machinery inspections.



    Where a fail point is registered against an inspection automatic notifications ensure relevant personnel are alerted immediately and linked remedial actions can be scheduled or added as Helpdesk issues.

  3. Risk Management & Compliance - Planned programmes are an essential part of risk management and help ensure compliance, contributing to a safe environment for all site users and personnel.
      
    Use the instant report options to summarise programmes by asset and priority and to inform budget planning.

  4. Supplier Relations - Flow360 communicates directly with individual or selected groups of suppliers to facilitate e-tendering, manage price enquiries and issue works orders.



    To help save valuable staff time and money, there is also the ability to use pre-tendered and stored rates for quotation and cost-calculations and shortlist suppliers for works. Flow360 also recognises and supports sub-contract level relationships.
