Removing resources from a survey

Remove a resource

You can remove a resource from the survey scope by going to the survey record and clicking the Remove resource button on the relevant row. Note that you will only be able to remove a resource if it has no linked tasks or helpdesk issues linked to the survey.

Confirm action

If there are no linked tasks or helpdesk issues linking the resource, you will see this dialog - click Remove to take the resource out of the survey.

Note that additions and removals of resources to/from the survey are logged as events.

Survey resource with linked tasks or helpdesk issues

If there are any linked tasks or helpdesk issues for the selected resource that are also linked to the survey, then you will not be able to remove the resource from the survey and you will see this dialog.
