Changing the service requirements

Edit the catering requirements for a bookings series

• You can edit the service requirements for any or all of the linked services and you can add in new services where required.
• You can do this for a single instance in a series or for all instances or for all dates beyond the current selected instance.

Start by clicking the edit details button to the right of the booking details on the details tab

Confirm edit option for a single instance or all

You can opt to change the requirement for a single instance in a a series or for the current instance plus all other future instances.
Click Single or All

Confirm whether to edit the text details, edit existing service requests or add new services

Click Details to edit the text details about the booking . event
Click Edit to edit the service requests for one or multipl instances
Click Add to add new services for one or multiple instances

Edit existing service - select service

To edit an existing service, select the service and click Edit

Change the service requirements

The dialog will list the current existing selection for the relevant service.
Make changes in the dialog as required and finally click Confirm

New options added

The detaisl summary now lists the changed catering requirements for this date.
The catering manager has now recevied an updated notification of new requirements for this date.
