Adding planned / scheduled tasks during a survey

Overview

If you have a survey in progress, any tasks that are added to the resources that are included in the survey by a person involved in the survey, are linked to the survey in addition to being linked to the resource. These tasks will then be listed also on the tasks tab list on the survey record itself.

NOTES

  • Only tasks added by collaborators in the survey process are linked back to the survey.
  • Tasks added to resources that are not included in the survey are not linked to the survey.
  • Tasks can also be added directly from the tasks tab on the survey record itself (tasks will be linked to the resource linked to the current survey item record).
