Accepting an issue that has been notified to a team

To accept an issue where you have received a notification of the issue to a team email address click the Reply button in your email client and in the body part of the email enter #accept pSmith@myschool.org for example.

  • Flow360 will collect the email and check that you are a member of staff on the relevant team and with the personal email address pSmith@myschool.org - if so, then the issue will be assigned to you and notifications will be sent.
  • If the action is successful, a reply will be sent confirming that the issue has been assigned successfully.
  • If you cannot be confirmed as an employee on the relevant team with the email pSmith@myschool.org, then a reply will be sent explaining that the issue could not be assigned for that reason.
  • If the action fails for any other reason a reply will also be sent explaining why.
