Setting issue priority

To set the priority of an issue where you have received a notification of the issue (either to your personal email address or to a team email address), click the Reply button in your email client and in the body part of the email enter #priority 2 for example. For changes to the CIPFA priority, enter #cipfa B for example.

  • Flow360 will collect the email and check that you are allowed to change priorities on issues - if so, then the issue priority will be changed and update notifications will be sent.
  • If the action is successful, a reply will be sent confirming that the issue priority has been changed successfully.
  • If you are not allowed to change priority on the relevant issue, then a reply will be sent explaining that the priority could not be changed for that reason.
  • If the action fails for any other reason a reply will also be sent explaining why.
