Indicating Qualification Renewal Not Required

Overview

When a qualification expires it shows on the list of expired qualifications and is red-flagged for renewal. If the qualification is no longer required to be renewed you can prevent it from showing by default in the 'expired qualifications' lists by setting the 'renewal not required' option on the qualification record itself.

The Qualification Record

To prevent this qualification from showing by default in the expired qualifications list, select the renewal not required option.

The qualification will no longer be included in the expired qualifications status message and will be excluded by default from current qualifications lists. It will however remain in the employee's record as part of their training history  and can be found using the filters, for reporting purposes for instance.
