Un-linking issues
The linked (duplicate) issue record
To un-link an issue record so is can be processed independently again, simply click the red cross button next to the linked master record ID.
The records will be unlinked and can be processed as normal.
Confirm unlink request
Click the Un-link button to unlink the records.
All unlink actions are recorded as events against both issues.
The unlinked record
The record previously marked as a duplicate and linked, is now fully functional again and can be processed as normal.
