Primary manager preferences control whether Helpdesk issues and extra notes for issues and works orders are allowed.
To allow users on a site to submit new Helpdesk issues by email set (1) to Yes
To allow users on a site to submit new notes to be linked to existing helpdesk issues / works orders / works order items / bookings records / projects / inspections by email set (2) to Yes
If the setting is empty or set to No then email submissions of that type will be rejected.
