Deleting a Service Level Agreement

The service level agreement record

You can delete a SLA from the SLAs tab list or form the SLA record itself.
Click the Delete button to delete the SLA.

NOTE: You will not be allowed to delete a SLA that has any history - in these cases you can alternatively set the status of the SLA to inactive and/or set the end date.

Confirm deletion

If deletion is allowed (ie where the SLA has no existing history of usage), click the Delete button in this dialog to completely remove the SLA from Flow360.
