How to change the linked location / object for a logged Helpdesk issue

The helpdesk issue card

You can change the linked location for a helpdesk issue if it has been logged against an incorrect / inaccurate location or object.

To do this, click the change location button to the right of the primary link field.

Confirm new location

Select the correct location using the drop down lists and click Confirm to complete.

NOTE: Any key documents that are linked to the old location/resource and not the new location/resource will be automatically removed from the docs tab list. Any key documents linked to the new location/resource will be added to the docs tab list. If the primary location map was set as the main image for the issue, this will be replaced with the primary location map or image for the new location/resource.
