Where a helpdesk issue / fault report is logged for a location that is rented out (staff accommodation or other lease), any applicable access rights for fault fixing or servicing are confirmed ont he Helpdesk issue record.
In this case pre-notified access and week day access for fixing faults are both granted.

Confirmaton of access rights on linked messages

Any linked messages relating to the Helpdesk issue will also confirm the access rights applicable.

Confirmation of aceess rights on messages linked to orders

Any messages linked to related works orders also confirm access rights for the relevant location/s.
