Closing an issue

To close an issue where you have received a notification of the issue (either to your personal email address or to a team email address), click the Reply button in your email client and in the body part of the email enter #close.

  • Flow360 will collect the email and check that you are allowed to close this issue - if so, then the issue will be closed and update notifications will be sent.
  • If the action is successful, a reply will be sent confirming that the issue has been closed successfully.
  • If you are not allowed to close the relevant issue, then a reply will be sent explaining that the issue could not be closed for that reason.
  • If the action fails for any other reason a reply will also be sent explaining why.
