The qualifications and training tab on an employee record lists all qualifications for the employee. As an employer you can select certain qualifications / certifications to be made public so that other users who can access the employee's contact record (as opposed to their employee record which is NOT publicly viewable) can see which qualifications that person holds.
To set a qualification to be viewable on an employee's contact record for other users, tick the publish box on the qualification record.
On any contact record the publ. qualifications tab will list all published qualifications for the contact. This can include completed training, DBS checks, certifications and so on.
