New projects can be initiated (only by Managers) from the projects tab on the client record card or directly from the projects list
To create a new project from the client contact record, click the projects tab and then click the new button.
Proceed to Confirm project details...
To create a new project from the main projects list click the new button.
Select the relevant client for this project from the drop down list and click OK to proceed
In the dialog, confirm:
Click Confirm to finish
The new project will be added to the projects list
New project added to main projects list
Click the Goto button on the relevant project row in the list to go to the project record

The first phase is set up when you create the project record. You can add additional phases on the phases tab.
