Sending a message to all project personnel at once

You can send a message to all project personnel at once by clicking the group message button on the personnle tab on the projects card.

All the project personnel will be added as recipients. You can add further recipients if necessary using the contacts and groups search fields.

Messages triggered from the project record will be automatically linked to the project and can be viewed on the messages tab. Replies (also by email) will be added to the thread.
