The occupier's role within Flow360 includes these areas:
monitoring the scheduling of maintenance in the areas the occupier uses
reviewing historical data on maintenance in the areas the occupier uses
logging new helpdesk issues relating to areas the occupier uses
Relationships
The occupier has relationships within Flow360 to:
Clients
- when a client has responsibility for maintaining an area the occupier uses
Managers
- when a manager manages the maintenance in an area the occupier uses
Surveyors
- when the surveyor has sign-off responsibilites for work undertaken in an area that the occupier uses
Service providers
- when a service provider undertakes work in an area that the occupier uses
