When you first set up a new project the client and project manager will be assigned.
To add additional personnel click the New button on the personnel tab.
NOTE: Do not use this tab to list everyone who will be involved - this list is for the key management, client and support roles.
Click Yes to continue
From the contacts list, click the target button to drop the new personnel into the current selection list at the bottom of the screen.
Click the Confirm button at top to finish.
Use the drop down selectors to select an appropriate role within the project for this person and click Confirm to finish.
All personnel added to the personnel list will have access to the project information from their own projects button when they are logged into their own account.
