Emailing Helpdesk Issues & Notes Preference

Primary manager preferences control whether Helpdesk issues and extra notes for issues and works orders are allowed.

Setting the manager preference to allow emailing

To allow users on a site to submit new Helpdesk issues by email set (1) to Yes
To allow users on a site to submit new notes to be linked to existing Helpdesk issues and works orders by email set (2) to Yes

If the setting is empty or set to No then email submissions of that type will be rejected.
