Deleting a qualification record

Overview

Employee qualification records (including supervisions and appraisals) can only be deleted if they have not been confirmed / awarded and can only be deleted by the accrediting agency. This will be the employer in the case of supervisions and appraisals and will be the course accrediting agency for courses.

Confirmed qualification

If you use the Delete button on a qualification record that has already been confirmed, you will get an error message informing you that the qualification now forms part of the permanent record for the employee and cannot be deleted!

Deletion denied!

Deleting a pending qualification

If the qualification has not yet been confirmed (and therefore does not yet form part of the permanent record of the employee) then you will see this message.
Click Delete to remove the qualification record.
