Accessing your works list

The Works button and quick search

The works list is usually one of the main buttons on the Flow360 start screen.
Click the button to go to your list of active works orders or type an order number directly into the quick search box to go directly to a specific order or enquiry.

The Works button takes you to your active works list.
The fields or columns listed on this form are configurable by clicking the tools button

Viewing an order record

To view a specific order or enquiry record, click the Goto button on the relevant row.
Alternatively the popup button will show you a dialogue with the outline information.

The order record

The order record shows the details of the individual order or enquiry.
The first tab (shown when you first view the record) lists all the line items on this order / enquiry.
