Changing issue location/object

How to change the linked location / object for a logged Helpdesk issue

The helpdesk issue card

You can change the linked location for a helpdesk issue if it has been logged against an incorrect / inaccurate location or object.

To do this, click the change location button to the right of the primary link field.

Confirm new location

Select the corect location using the drop down lists and click Confirm to complete.
