How do I get Flow360 to auto enter my email address and phone number for Helpdesk issues?

In order for Flow360 to auto enter your email and / or phone number when you register a new Helpdesk issue, you must have entered the relevant details on the comms tab on your Home contact card.

Make sure you have entered a primary email address and a primary mobile number (if you want to receive messages also by SMS - charges apply).

The tick in the column marked 'p' indicates the primary address or number of each type.
