Changing issue priority or target date when SLA is active

Priority change triggers target dates update

If you change the priority of an issue when a SLA is in place, the target response and resolution dates will be updated in line with the new priority selected. You will see this dialog confirming what has happened.

Target date change triggers priority update

Similarly when you manually change the target date, the priority will be updated in line with the timescale of the new target date. You will see this dialog confirming the change.
