Why can't I complete pdf forms in Firefox?

Firefox does not work with pdf forms

There is a known issue with Firefox in that it will not allow you to complete PDF forms in the browser window unles you configure Firefox to use Adobe Reader as the pdf viewer instead of the Firefox built in pdf viewer

Options

You have two options to get around this problem:

1. use a different browser;
2. configure Firefox to use Adobe Reader as the pdf viewer in Firefox;
3. set your preferences in Flow360 to download all documents instead of attempting to open them in the browser. You can then open the PDF forms from your downloads folder and complete them and submit them using Adobe Reader.

Change your Flow360 documents preferences

Start by going to your personal preferences.
Click the preferences button on the main start screen or on any other screen once you are logged in.

Set your documents preferences

Set the store the documents download option to download all.
All stored documents will now download to your browser's downloads folder instead of opening in the browser.
