Course documents linked to courses provided by external agencies only remain visible for as long as you have a valid contract with the agency. If your contract expires, access to these documents will cease. If this is the case, please check with your course provider. Course documents for these courses will only be accessible to employees when the relevant courses are added to the employee's training programme.
