Creating an Incident Report from a Helpdesk 'Incident' issue

The Helpdesk 'Incident' Issue record

To formally log an Incident report from a Helpdesk issue, click the create incident report button next the issue type field on the Helpdesk issue record.

The new Incident report

A new Incident report form has been created and auto-linked back to the original Helpdesk issue.
Click the Goto button next to the tick box to go from the Incident report form back to the original Helpdesk issue.
